He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Health.

Emmanuel Likoto brings over eight years of experience in agribusiness management, program operations, and strategic planning to his role at TMF. He leads operational oversight and strategy execution across TMF's programs, supporting resource mobilization, partnership development, fundraising, and the delivery of high-impact community development projects. He holds a BSc in Agribusiness Management and is currently pursuing an MBA. Â
Sidney Jamali
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

With over 13 years of experience in data management, monitoring and evaluation, public health, and information technology, Sidney leads the development of data systems, performance monitoring frameworks, data quality assurance, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making to strengthen program impact and accountability. He holds an MBA in Data Science, a BSc in Environmental Health, and specialized training in M&E.

Finance Officer

Eston Kanyerere is the Finance Officer at Tigwirane Manja Foundation (TMF), with over 19 years of experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and compliance. He oversees financial reporting, donor compliance, budget management, procurement oversight, and audit coordination to ensure strong financial accountability and stewardship across TMF's programs. He holds an Accounting Diploma and ACCA Part II qualifications.
Steria Kesela

Administrator
Steria Kasela has over six years of experience in office administration, financial management, and organizational support. She oversees daily office operations, records management, budget monitoring, correspondence, and administrative coordination to ensure efficient organizational performance. She holds a Certificate in Financial Accounting and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance).
Ndaona Ngwalamba Lockie
Project Officer

Ndaona Ngwalamba Lockie brings over 15 years of experience in clinical care, maternal and child health, HIV/TB management, nutrition, immunization, and public health research to her role. She has extensive expertise in patient care, health service delivery, data collection, and community health interventions across Malawi. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery.

She has extensive expertise in HIV services, community mobilization, health education, research, and project implementation, and is committed to improving healthcare access and delivering quality, patient-centered care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.

Assistant Project Officer

Golden Chidwala is the Assistant Project Officer at Tigwirane Manja Foundation, with over 20 years of experience in public health, community health systems, and psychosocial support. He oversees community support group strengthening, client follow-up, treatment adherence promotion, and community health education to ensure improved health outcomes and stronger program impact across TMF's communities.Â
