OUR PROJECTS
TMF OUTREACH CLINIC
TMF takes healthcare services to rural and hard-to-reach communities.
Our team offers disease education, disease screening and treats some diseases and infections with essential drugs. The critically ill are referred to the district hospital.

In 2022 alone, TMF services directly reached 25,000 and impacted an additional 15,000 people.
DAIRY & PIGGERY FARMING
In 2022, with financial support from the World Bank through its AGCOM mechanism, we launched a Dairy Farming
Cooperative. Thirty-nine households were provided with a dairy cow.
This is a pass-on initiative, with two off takers for the milk produced.The project comes with the animal feed making machine and a milk cooling tank which will be serving 500 smallholder farmers.

In 2022, this project benefitted 39 people directly and 1000 people indirectly
MAIZE MILLING
In 2022, TMF acquired two maize mills, one to prepare corn and the other to prepare flour.
This is an income generating venture for 90 women who are living with HIV and their households.

The maize mills currently serve 2000 people
PERMACULTURE & IRRIGATION FARMING
TMF runds a permaculture demonstration site on a 2-acre piece of land. This cooperative venture aims to ensure food security for the community. Surplus is sold.

Our solar-powered irrigation system enables the members to grow food year round.
SEWING
TMF offers sewing courses to women so they may acquire the skills to establish their own business and attain economic independence.

This project was launched with a first cohort in January 2023.
